Hi, I’m Chirona (they/them)

I’m a queer, polyamorous human who cares deeply about justice, healing, and connection. I’m also a mindfulness practitioner, spiritual seeker, and adventurer at heart. Grief and joy both have a home in my life—I see them as lifelong companions that help me love more deeply and show up more fully in the world.

Before diving into the world of social change, I spent over a decade in tech, including 11 years at Intel. During the last few years of that journey, I focused on global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), which cracked me wide open. That work challenged me to confront my own privilege as a white person raised in an upper-class family (see RG Class Distinctions & Income Brackets) and sent me on a path of deep unlearning and growth.

I’m trained as an integral coach through New Ventures West, and I’m committed to ongoing transformation—my own and in community with others. I believe healing, both personal and collective, is at the heart of building a more just and liberated world where everyone can thrive.
